- Installing sheet metal flashings on different types of roofing (multi-layer, EPDM)
- Metal cladding for skylights, ledges, firestops and flashing.

Job Description
Main estimating tasks:
- Preparation of bids and presentation to private customers.
- In-depth analysis of plans and specifications.
- Use of in-house software to estimate projects.
- Participation in BSDQ and public bidding processes as required.
- Rigorous follow-up of bids and customer/contractor contacts.
- Active monitoring of tender projects and selection of relevant opportunities.
Main tasks in project management:
- Coordination of project milestones within quality and performance objectives.
- Supervision of teams and measurement of project performance.
- Regular monitoring of quality and progress.
- Proactive budget management and problem solving to ensure project profitability.
- Site visits and participation in operations meetings.
- Management and resolution of problems encountered during projects.
Profile required:
- Demonstrated experience in construction project management.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
- Knowledge of elastomeric roofing would be an asset.
- Familiarity with Gextim, Planswift, Smartuse, BIM and Procore software would be an asset.
