- Installing sheet metal flashings on different types of roofing (multi-layer, EPDM)
- Metal cladding for skylights, ledges, firestops and flashing.

Job description
Main tasks:
Coordinate project files
- Ensure compliance of project start-up and close-out documentation
- Structure, validate, and maintain up-to-date project files (digital and administrative)
- Monitor schedules and ensure they are continuously updated
Support project execution
- Participate in workforce planning
- Collaborate in the coordination between the office and job sites
- Track change notices, reports, and technical documents
- Prepare and transmit required documents to clients
Manage key information
- Request pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
- Centralize documents (warranties, drawings, technical data sheets, etc.)
- Contribute to the quality and traceability of project information
Support project delivery
- Assist Project Managers in finalizing project files
- Participate in the improvement of management methods and tools
Profile required:
Education
- College diploma (DEC) in Architecture, Estimation, Project Management, or a related field
Experience
- Experience in project coordination (construction experience is a major asset)
Technical Skills
- Ability to read plans and specifications
- Proficiency with digital tools (Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools)
Languages
- French required (English an asset)
